At Novacru, our name reflects our mission. Derived from the Latin words “NOVA” (new) and “CRU” (growth), Novacru symbolizes our passion to help businesses grow. Tim Fink
Tim Fink uses his strategy, analyzation, and problem-solving skills to help companies soar to new growth. He holds three degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Economics, along with 10+ years of experience in business. When he’s not working, Tim enjoys wake surfing, skiing, volleyball, and pickleball.
Melissa Fink
Melissa Fink creates systems for our firm and trains and supports our employees. She earned a Top 30 Under 40 award for her efforts as well as volunteer work with track & field and young professionals. When not at work, you can find her on the lake or mountain, or simply relaxing by the fireplace with a good book.
Ameer ul Azeem, ACCA
Ameer ul Azeem leverages over 10 years of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting expertise to help businesses achieve accuracy and compliance. A skilled accountant across various software, he is a Certified Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor with deep GAAP knowledge. When not immersed in numbers, Ameer enjoys exploring the latest accounting trends and innovations.
Cathy Jones, CPA
Cathy Jones is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in financial management across diverse industries. Her experience includes optimizing financial operations, enhancing reporting accuracy and providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making. Outside of work, she participates in walks that support various charitable organizations.
Jennie Webb, CPA
Jennie Webb helps lead our team to bring timely and accurate financial data to our clients to drive their decision-making process. She has her CPA license and Masters in Accounting with over 15 years of public accounting experience. When not at work, Jennie enjoys spending time with her family and hiking.
